Bring the Hamptons to East Atlantic Beach. From the walkways to the roof, this project transformed one of the largest properties in the area into a home fit for the Hamptons. No expense was spared and the level of detail inside and out can not be surpassed.

The original storefront permitted very little natural light to the interior resulting in a very dark bar atmosphere. Providing a new glass storefront with operable doors provides ample amounts of light to the interior and also allows for the door to be opened when the weather permits to allow fresh air and an inviting environment.

 A 1927 colonial which was renovated from top to bottom with all new interior and exterior finishes, completely modified floor plans and various additions.
